Great Vibe, Great Hospitality

love the vibe of the place and the location. the staff were friendly and, helpful and fun. They were super helpful in organising a surprise bottle.of wine and note for my brother as we were there to celebrate his birthday.

I think the toiletries in the bathroom could have been better like shower caps would have been a good addition. and better size options of towels like having a large bath sheet would have been good. Our bathroom did have a drain issue however they fixed this immediately after reporting it.

Excellent breakfast. Free late checkout. Central location.

Entry parking garage bit narrow when you have a big car and need to make the turn to the lowest floor where the hotel parking is located.

Great location with parking, but low lighting and brown paint in reception and lounge need attention

Location, room and bed were all good.

Layout and lighting in reception , and lounge area needs MUCH improved lighting and a refresh paint job it is really dismal. Add instructions how to call up correct lift to the Parking. Coffee was weak, both days no milk

Good location, very nice room and public space. The bed was very comfortable and big.

It is in the city center, so parking needs to be private. Public parking is difficult to find

Great location, friendly people, comfy rooms.

The showers tend to flood the bathroom after 5 minutes of use, and the rooms are somewhat too humid.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They were the highlight of our stay. Location was perfect.

Stains on the carpets made me wonder about the general cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel.

Great location, would stay again

The location is excellent, central for Leuven. Parking is very convenient under the hotel, and easy to find as long as you use the directions supplied by the hotel on line in advance - you have to go through a pedestrianised area. Good breakfast. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The fitness room was quite small, but well fitted out and maintained. I would stay again.

Great value, great location

Amazing location, walking distance from everything with lots and restaurants/coffee shops around. Big bedroom, clean and comfy. Hotel has a nice little bar and decoration is cute.

Our bedroom had a really weird smell, apart from that all good!
